Please read these terms before purchasing a Shipwreck Deals Mystery Box.

About Shipwreck Deals:

Shipwreck Deals is an online mystery box store offering surprise treasure chests filled with random finds, useful goods, unexpected items, pallet finds, overstock items, returns, unclaimed or undelivered mail items, shelf pulls, and other resale inventory.

Each Shipwreck Deals Mystery Box is part of the adventure. The exact contents are not revealed before purchase, and every box is different based on the inventory available at the time the box is packed.

Because mystery box inventory is limited, product availability can change quickly. Once a mystery box size sells out, it may not be restocked until Alecia has enough inventory for another drop.

Mystery Box Products:

Shipwreck Deals Mystery Boxes are sold as surprise products. Product photos are examples only and are not an exact representation of what you will receive.

Your mystery box may include a variety of items such as packaged goods, open-box items, overstock merchandise, returned goods, shelf pulls, unclaimed mail items, liquidation inventory, or other resale finds.

Some items may be new, open-box, gently handled, missing retail packaging, or show minor signs of handling, shipping labels, stickers, dents, or cosmetic wear. Shipwreck Deals does its best to select items that are usable and enjoyable unless otherwise disclosed.

No Guaranteed Specific Items or Retail Value:

Shipwreck Deals does not guarantee specific products, brands, categories, item counts, colors, sizes, styles, or retail values inside any mystery box unless clearly stated in the product listing.

The value of a Shipwreck Deals Mystery Box is in the surprise, the discovery, and the treasure hunt experience. By purchasing a mystery box, you understand that the contents are random and will vary from box to box.

Product Availability:

Mystery boxes are limited quantity and may sell out quickly.

Adding a mystery box to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

If a mystery box becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Shipwreck Deals will contact the customer and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and handling are included in the listed mystery box price for orders shipped within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states, unless otherwise stated.

Shipwreck Deals does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other military addresses.

Shipwreck Deals reserves the right to update pricing, correct errors, change promotions, adjust mystery box availability, or remove products from the website at any time.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, Shipwreck Deals may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Orders and Payment:

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through our checkout and payment provider. Shipwreck Deals does not intentionally save full credit card numbers or keep customer credit cards on file for future charges.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping:

Shipping and handling are included for the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Shipwreck Deals does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, military addresses, or international addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Shipwreck Deals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after an order has been shipped.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup may be offered for certain mystery boxes or special drops if clearly stated by Shipwreck Deals.

Customers must wait for confirmed pickup instructions before arriving for pickup. Local pickup details will be arranged by email unless otherwise stated.

If local pickup is not offered on a specific mystery box, the order will be handled through standard shipping.

Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Mystery Boxes:

Because Shipwreck Deals Mystery Boxes are surprise products, all mystery box sales are final.

Shipwreck Deals does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preference, dislike of the items received, duplicate or similar items, expected retail value, item category, brand preference, style preference, color preference, or the surprise nature of the box.

Approved refund or replacement consideration may only apply if:

- The order arrives severely damaged

- The wrong mystery box size is shipped

- There is a serious issue with the order that Shipwreck Deals determines requires review

- The order cannot be fulfilled or shipped

Damaged or incorrect order claims must be emailed to Shipwreck Deals within 3 days of delivery and must include a brief description plus photo or video proof.

Approved claims may result in a refund, replacement if available, or store credit, depending on the situation.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped, Shipwreck Deals will issue a refund for the unavailable or unshipped item.

Duplicate or Similar Items:

Shipwreck Deals does its best to create a fun and varied mystery box experience. However, duplicate or similar items may happen, especially when customers purchase multiple mystery boxes or when available inventory includes similar product types.

Purchasing more than one mystery box does not guarantee completely different contents.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, pricing, shipping information, disclaimers, and policies before placing an order.

Customers are also responsible for using all items safely and at their own discretion.

Shipwreck Deals cannot guarantee that every item will match a customer’s personal preferences, needs, allergies, sensitivities, household use, style, or expectations.

Not Affiliated With Featured Brands:

Shipwreck Deals is independently owned and operated.

Shipwreck Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any product manufacturer, retailer, shipping carrier, marketplace, or brand that may appear inside a mystery box unless clearly stated.

Brand names, logos, labels, or packaging may appear on items because those items are part of the available resale inventory.

Email Communication:

Shipwreck Deals uses email for order updates, customer service, shipping questions, local pickup arrangements, and First Dibs Crew updates.

By placing an order, joining the email list, or contacting Shipwreck Deals, you agree that we may communicate with you by email.

If you join the First Dibs Crew email list, you may receive updates about new mystery box drops, store updates, and special finds. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website security, submit false information, place fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Shipwreck Deals may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, suspicious, or in violation of these terms.

Website Content:

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, page layout, and product visuals, belongs to Shipwreck Deals or is used with permission.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse website content without permission.

Third-Party Services:

Shipwreck Deals may use trusted third-party services to operate the website, process payments, send emails, manage checkout, support shipping, and fulfill orders.

Use of this website may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third-party service providers.

No Guarantee of Continuous Website Availability:a
